Meet Eric Shure, Sr. Director of Customer Onboarding for PortPro. Driven by customer satisfaction and efficiency. Eric loves to evaluate and refine our internal processes while ensuring it meets the ever changing needs of our customers and the drayage industry.

Having been in the service realm for 20+ years, Eric understands that results for our customers are the top priority. Noting matters more than ensuring our customers are seeing the value in what they have decided to purchase and seeing that value as soon as possible.

Eric has been in the industry for a few years now but his background in people leadership and customer advocacy are deep rooted in technology. Eric spent many years leading large customer facing teams at GoDaddy; up to 300 people internationally. Prior to that he held roles in finance at Deutsch Inc,  a large marketing agency, and spent many years in restaurants pursuing roles from the front of the house to the back.

Eric attended culinary school and enjoys a little bit of glass blowing on the side as well.
