You can set the terminal scheduling system to automatically book appointments as soon as the container status has been marked “available” or even use our terminal appointment booking feature to delay the request a certain number of hours from the time the container status becomes available.

You can enable the container scheduling system to book return appointments at a marine terminal based on the system’s return recommendations. If you have this setting enabled, the system will recommend terminals to return your containers (based on which terminals are accepting containers) AND automatically book your appointment.
